Items not showing up in my shop nor store.

I know that new items at least for me when listed take 12- 24 hours.
But I have items that are past that time on my store and they do not even show but they have views and they aren't mine.
My Shop and Store are only holding 30 Products when it says I have A LOT more active despite the very new ones that I just created.
I have read some forums and support came in and resolved some issues and I am wondering if there are any issues with mine.

Takes a day or 2 to load. You currently show 51 items for sale.

New listings can take up to 24 hours to be indexed and appear in search. If you revise an item before it appears, it goes to the back of the line and it may take another 24 hours to appear.

Including special characters in item titles can negatively affect whether your items appear in a search.

If you do not provide valid tracking information, you may be setting yourself up for some Item Not Received claims which you will not be able to defend against.

I have been searching my items this past week and my items or store does not come up in search results.  I have entered the exact titles and keywords and I get nothing.  

I had a friend search using a direct link and the items come up that way and I actually got views that day.  Other than that I have zero foot traffic to my store in months if not years and was not aware of it since I only recently became more active on the site.I am being charged for these listings so I do not get it.

I am thinking about closing my shop and starting over if I can't have anyone see my listings.  Can I do this?  What do you suggest? How do I get this resolved.
