hi all - i just opened an ebay account yesterday and added 4 items for sale. I can see them as "active" listings but when i go to my store, it doesn't show any of the items and my store is empty. I waited 24 hours thinking it may just need time to reindex, but my store is still empty.

Can you help? Thanks 🙂

It can take 24 hours for an item to be indexed and appear in a search. If you make revisions before it is indexed, the item apparently goes to the back of the line.

I went to your profile and it shows items for sale bellow the profile. Then if you click on items for sale it brings up 2 listings that appear to each be for multiple items depending on the option a buyer selects like color or size. So you items are visible. You mentioned starting up a selling account and opened a store. When you say store did you sign up for a eBay store? It has been a while since I started selling but in the past eBay required sellers to build up some kind of selling record before they could get a store. Right now it looks like you are just selling things on eBay. Regardless as a new seller you may want to call and speak with the selling department. So you can go over how to get your seller rating up. The benefit of this is that when a buyer pays the money will start to clear right away. As a new seller you should make sure you have some money on your PayPal account to cover the shipping for items that sell till you are a trusted seller and payments become available right away. A lot of new sellers run into issues with this and get defects for not being able to ship orders right away and on time. You should go to help / contact scroll down to the options to call eBay or have eBay call you. Then select account and seller level performance standards.

Also since you are not selling actual authorize Patriots. merchandise you may want to remove the team name from your listing at the very least you may get a VERO warning or kicked off of eBay for selling none authentic merchandise.
