Top-rated seller here for over 20 years selling on eBay in Action Figure category. Suddenly today, all of my long term listings had their item specifics sections deleted! And when I go into each listing to try to re-add, the item specifics section is blank with no option to add any item specifics at all. Of course we all know that these item specifics are critical to drive search results, so essentially my listings can no longer be easily found by buyers. And many of these listings are over a year old with perfectly optimized search terms / item specifics that had been fine-tuned over many months with hundreds / thousands of items sold per listing. So NOT an option to simply end the listings and relist.

Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a fix in the works quickly? Losing sales from this and not happy.

Front end category structures for buyer browsing do not match the new back end category structures. Are we supposed to be updating categories to the new categories at this point? When are the new categories hoing to be accessible via the bulk edit tool? What a complete mess of a launch.

YEP! Seems like the geniuses at eBay messed with the sellers listings specs deleted / removed / rearranged. If MP, the NEW seller's page isn't horrible enough. eBay want the sellers to go POSTAL or perhaps how far they can push the sellers to the LIMIT???!

So glad I'm GONE from this S --- hole platform!!

I am much more a buyer than a seller, and I am really, really unhappy with what looks like some sort of a change to Ebay's format. I can no longer access any of the categories I have patrolled for years. I have always been a scroller, not a searcher, looking for old comic books as they pop up. I look at nearly everything that goes up under the "Golden Age Comics" category, leaving bids and watching items of interest as I go. Almost none of what I buy is something I actually searched for or was specifically hoping to find, but rather would be just something I found as I scrolled Ebay's pages. If this is the way it's going to be, then I will have a hard time continuing to shop here, even after more than 20 happy years. What a lead-weight bummer. Why is this awful move happening? Is there somewhere else I can go to enjoy something like what the Ebay experience had been for me? I for one am really disappointed and hugely upset about this. It been a big part of my life and my life as a hobbyist for more than two decades. Please tell me that this is just a glitch and that Ebay's technicians are now hard at it, getting things restored to a useful format with all deliberate speed.

As the category changes roll out, there will be some fluctuation in the item specifics and left-hand navigation filters. This should settle down in the next 24-48 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.

May I ask, if they’re seeing the item specifics update? When I look at some of your individual listings I can see the items specifics as they were originally provided.

If you click Edit Details, some or all of the information is missing:

This morning, 100% of the information was missing from my items when you clicked edit, so it looks like maybe some of it is starting to show up.

I collect boxing cards and I couldn't see the latest listings for boxing cards today and I still can't see them. It keeps saying, "We removed some search results to show the most relevant listings" Ebay had some kind of policy change yesterday May 11. It's a nightmare for buyers.
