It's missing all the predefined spefics for that particular category. You can add new ones, but you can't see or edit existing ones. Started happening around 4PM eastern on Oct. 23.
All you need to do is clear your cookies on the web browser, it's only affecting firefox and chrome for some reason, not explorer, once you clear cookies the item specifics reappear...
Item specifics appears to be back up and running. That said "Exclude shipping locations" is still down. I have not cleared cache etc. Item specifics was down until just and bit ago and now it is back up. Anyone who says you need to clear cache or try a different browser was misinformed.
