When creating a new listing from an existing listing or creating a new item all together, the item specifics fields aren't showing like normal. Even the field brand name, which is required to even list the item, isn't there and therefore the listing can't be published. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Yes, me too, Item Specifics are all glitchy. I use the Advanced Listing form. Plus, the Photo field disappeared entirely. So I think the technical issue might be the listing form itself, not just IS or Photos. Are you using the Quick or the Advanced?

Certain boxes are missing out of Item Specifics. Plus when i go to List The Item, it comes back with an error message and all the contents of the IS boxes have disappeared and I have to input the data all over again.

I am also having this problem. Very annoying. I typically make the listing on my computer and add the photos using my phone. I can access the item specifics within the app in the saved listing but that is a tedious additional step. I did read some old community discussions from 2016 about this problem happening and it was an apparent beta testing. Hopefully it's adjusted/resolved soon.

This is a huge problem....I have a ton of item specifics on all my listings and end a certain number every night and every morning to sell similar and change things up....for items with no watchers. I can't input all that info all over again....it's way too much work! If they don't fix this soon I will lose a lot of sales. 😞 I called eBay about it....still on with them.

yes I cant list anything, called ebay & they had no idea why? all the item specifics are missing for clothing.

Having same issue. I make drafts of all my listings with all the item specifics. Then I add the pics later and list. Pics are added, but specifics have disappeared and been replaced with "suggestions" which do not include brand or size type. Then I get error asking for size type (apparently the glitch isn't concerned about the brand being missing??). Of course, there is no option to add any of the missing info. So I have 20 or so drafts that can't be listed...representing hours of work if I have to start again from scratch! Incredibly frustrated and considering focusing on other platforms.

Name the categories where IS are missing if possible......... Some are still there in at least some categories I've checked.........

Yep. Called yesterday afternoon, they claim they didn't know about the problem. On the seller boards it was alerted to them yesterday. The System Status is all green, there is no announcement, etc. They told me it would be 48-72 hours to fix and this is not the first time this has happened.

It seemed to start in clothing; but not all sub categories. Now it's happening in other categories so don't know if it's one coding issue or many. I've just saved everything in draft and keep checking back to see if I can list it. Very frustrating and a waste of my time both trying and trying and trying, bang head on desk, call ebay, spend 15 minutes conversing with someone who has no clue - because obviously, ebay hasn't informed the call center that this is going on.
