Item Frozen On My ebay

Have A 3 Item Purchase On My Ebay Page From 10/23...... Paid With Pay Pal.. Recieved Feedback Left mine, Listing States "funds Pending" .... Have Called Paypal 2 Times..Ebay 3 Times... 6 e-mails To Seller. Seller Has Payment, I have Product, No Funds Are Pending! Both Paypal And Ebay Have Been Unable To Correct This!  Have Been On Ebay Since 1995, Have 100% Feedback... VERY Unhappy With Customer Service. Have MANY hours Invested To Correct This, Someone HELP ME Please.

Thanks For The Reply,  Was / Am  Frustrated That AfterAll My Effort & Time Ebay/ Paypal Could Not Fix This Simple Problem. Bought 3 Items, Seller Shipped 2 Refund Should not have been a problem Paypal Says No " Funds Pending"  Recieved 2 items 11/30 #3 Arrived 12/15 now all 3 items show delivery on 12/15. why can't These Errors By Corrected? Wait 60 Days And They Will Just Go Away Seems Lame To Me.
