Lots of my customers buy over 40 items as they can combine for up to two weeks. This means that they often have two or more invoices that they want to pay together. Over the last weeks many buyers reported problems with making these payments receiving error messages such as:
- we noticed a problem please review your items
- Unfortunately, this seller does not ship to your location
- We noticed some inaccuracy.
I ship worldwide, have not changed any settings recently and the customers are mostly regulars that buy each week from me. Resending the invoices sometimes helps but only sometimes.
Is anyone else experiencing these problems or have a solution?

Yes, I buy from a long-time seller who is having exactly the same problems. I am getting the error messages you listed above. I cannot pay at all if the seller doesn't send me invoices. Yesterday he did send 2 invoices: the one for 40 items worked. The one for 47 items failed as the last 7 items on this invoice said the seller didn't ship to my location. Got another invoice and was able to pay, though it was a messy process.
Adding to the problems is that eBay is having a problem with sellers sending invoices. Today when I click on Send Invoice I get an error message: "There is some technical error, please try after sometime."

I continue having this problem of "Unfortunately, this seller does not ship to your location." It happened again when I tried to pay for the 34 postcards in my shopping cart which I won at auction in the past 2 days. Once again I've asked the seller to send me an invoice. Hopefully he isn't plagued by the invoice problem where sellers can't send invoices, such as I've also been experiencing lately. Having lots of technical issues is one thing, but when eBay has technical issues that directly impact purchasing items and paying or collecting payments, it's an entirely different level of problem. This has been impacting my buying for nearly a month now. At a minimum eBay needs to let buyers and sellers know what is going on.

Yes the check out system from the cart is broken. I had invoices from 2 sellers and less that 20 items total and hit the proceed to checkout. The system said it was going to process all the items but ended up processing only one of the invoices. When I went back to the cart all the items from the second seller had a message that there was some problem with the items. I had called eBay a couple of weeks ago on similar issue. The work around was to go to purchase history and find the invoice and pay for the items that way. (I had to do this previously because hitting the pay for these items from the emailed invoice also did not work). This issue has persisted for at least 2 weeks now. eBay should:
