Issues With Blocking a Buyer

I know how to block a buyer. But, neither the App or my computer will allow me to get to the page to do so. 

Is anyone else having this issue?

Yesterday, I looked everywhere. I only found it on seller hub.

Did you check your networks and firewall settings ?  Some time its can happen with network connection issues .
