My Ebay seller email payment notifications are coming through without buyers name and address.

This happens a couple of times a year.  Started yesterday and continues today.  Please fix this.

That is only what you should be using not email.

Yes the name and address is in the order details.  It has disappeared in the email notification that comes from ebay after an items sells.  This has happened before.
