Issue with subscribing to store

I haven't seen anything here but I can't find a way to subscribe to a store - I was told by ebay rep that this is an issue but no idea when it will be fixed.  This is a serious issue because I send emails to subscribers, marketing/promotions.  Can someone please tell me when this will be fixed?  (you can SAVE a seller at this point but it's not the same as subscribing to their store).  Thanks!

I think that was one thing (among others) they broke in May-June when they made SOME changes to stores, with the assumption they would make more changes later in June.  Something happened to the store team and nothing else was ever done.........supposedly they will get the changes done in 2019 but no other word than that (and that was at Ebay Open)..........
