Issue sending offers on mobile

there's a glitch when sending offers, it won't let me do anything less than 10%

Another seller reported this problem and thanks to a suggestion from elizabeth@ebay we discovered you need to enter a zero in front of single digit discounts. Instead of 5% enter 05%.

I'm assuming this is a tech issue eBay will fix? In the meantime, the above workaround should get you past the error @somethingfromsuzys .
