I've been messing around with my listing https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/134560347368 which didn't have the money back guarantee and CS was as helpful as they could - but this is a definite bug I can reproduce.
I managed to get the money back guarantee on it - by adding the final two letters "CD" to the title.
I can see the bug on these items
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/364221445035
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/275814342763
They don't have the CD word in the title
These items
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/225559274439
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/334841875072
Have the word/letter CD in the title and get the money back guarantee
I think there is a flag around the word "Mickey's Wild Adventure" or part of that word.

That's strange. Here on .com eBay has been making edits to the listing view. I don't know if they're doing the same on .co.uk and if it could be related, or if this is a separate technical issue. I'd suggest posting your question on comunity.ebay.co.uk since this might be site-specific @irreal1 .
Do you remember what page you were on when you clicked a referral link to the discussion forums or could you check your browser history? There's a link somewhere on the .co.uk pages (or possibly on the app) that's directing people to the .com discussion forums. kyle@ebay could use any info you're able to share so he can work on getting that reported and fixed.

Ah - I see where I went wrong .com wise
I google searched "ebay report a bug" and that takes you to .com
I'll look to reporting this in the .co.uk domain. Thanks!

Thanks for that added info @irreal1. On the bottom of eBay.co.uk you'll see several links to the community and to the help & contact pages. You might find that more direct/useful than going through Google at times.
FYI kyle@ebay I've been getting that same response from a lot of posters - Google brought them to .com instead of .co.uk. Don't know if that's something the .co.uk team could work on with Google, or work on with the eBay teams that work with Google. If searches are being done from the UK seems results from eBay.co.uk should be prioritized over results from eBay.com.

Hey @wastingtime101 thanks for letting me know about this one! We've been seeing reports like this continue coming in steadily. We're still not sure what the root of this issue is, so we've been passing it along to quite a few teams to investigate.

Possibly happening if users are blocking Google from geolocation and then defaulting to .com
If I do a Google search and Google want permission to access my location I often get much different results if I decline than when I allow.
