Is there an issue with shipping to California? Valid zip code doesn't exist in eBay

I may be piggybacking off a similar post making the rounds here, but I received a message this morning from a buyer for shipping cost to zip code 95386.  A valid zip code in Waterford, CA.  eBay is telling me that the zip code doesn’t exist.  WTH!

I know I can go to my third-party shipper and get a price, but gut feeling (and eBay’s track record) tells me if it’s broke on this end, what other problems will occur.

For the fees paid, sellers expect a clean, stable, and bug free plate form to sell on.

Problem solved... Seller error. Found that whatever zip code used, would result in the same error. Digging deeper found shipping dimensions (entered in error) way outside parameters for USPS Priority Mail. Note to programmers... seems like a simple error trapping correction. Why use "zip code not valid" as the result?

Typical ebay erroneous error code.  Many more where that came from unfortunately.
