Is there a faster way to get "spendable Funds" Feature on my ebay account??

I want this feature so bad, I've got at least $804 funds in my account and im dying to use them straight to checkout

Be careful using spendable funds to make purchases. If there is a problem and you choose the wrong type of case, close it too early or allow it to pass a deadline without asking eBay to step in, you may lose your chance for a refund entirely.

If you pay via PayPal or by credit card (or both) you have extra opportunities if you lose an eBay case.
