When I go to Advanced Search, By item number, and enter a good item number, it comes back as 0 results. Been like that for months. What's the point of have the choice of searching by item number if it always shows no results?

Not having that issue at all
Just pulled one of your items & searched by number, works fine for me
Can it be a browser issue? I am running windows 10 with Edge right now.
I just pulled a bunch more different item numbers & they pull right up for me.

Get nothing in Chrome or Explorer. Searched on 311726015871 that I bought today and doesn't show in search.

Yep tried advanced completed & that won't pull it up so I went the long route to display it but it's lame to have to do it this way

It's really messed up it worked and I pulled that up a minute ago & now I tried it again and it says item is over 90 days or been removed.
Was it this?
OWNERS MANUAL SET W/ CASE
Glitches I guess I am not really sure

Yes the owners manual. Nothing else I search on by item number comes up either.

@atikovi This is because you purchased the item so the listing is no longer active. On the left hand column filter the search by "sold" or "completed" and it will pull up the item.
Since it's an item you purchased you can also access it via your purchase history page.

Should still be able to find an item by it's number. Always have been able to in the past.

They changed it last year. You can still find the item by # but have to filter to "completed" or "sold".

@copper.boom
That complete filter did not work last night. I tried it as well as OP
and this format www.ebay.com/itm/ 311726015871
did not work either , here is what we got. today both work
@atikovi
Appears all searches for the complete listings are working today. Have you tried any?
05-08-2017 04:00 PM
Not working for me.
05-08-2017 05:33 PM
That is the strangest thing, Last night it wouldn't work for me no matter what I tried , until the 1 time it worked by doing the above format & I knew it was the auto manual.
listed the format of how you could display it & then it wouldn't work not even for me as shown in screen shot.
It said the item was removed or over 90 days old.
now tonight I can display the completed both ways but you can't
I really can't figure this one out.
Hope someone else has an idea or someone else it is happening to will come along .

Confirming I duplicated the issue just now on Safari. Must be intermittent.

@partial*eclipse
Yea Partial well aware of all the ways to try to pull completed searches
