Is anyone at Ebay aware of or remotely concerned with the major problem of pages not loading?!

Can anyone from Ebay (if there is actually anyone monitoring the message board) let us know what is going on with the platform? I don't care which browser your using, many of the most critical pages for sellers to conduct their business are not loading. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason as to when the problem occurs, but it is most definitely getting worse by the day. Many days in the last week, I simply could not get to any of the pages needed to conduct business.

Calling does no good as no one who answers the phone has any clue as to whats going on. Yes, it happens on Chrome just as much as any other browser. Yes, I know how to get these pages, I have been doing it for 20 years.  No, its not ANYTHING on my end as I have tried from many different systems with many browsers and  many configurations.  In all the time I have been using Ebay, I have never experienced this much trouble loading pages.

I first noticed the issue on the shipping pages, which would not load on occasion. Now it has spread to almost every page needed to be a seller, and the shipping pages rarely work anymore. I have resorted to using PayPal for shipping so I can get packages out the door.

If there is a moderator from Ebay reading this, please let us know what is going on, and what you're doing to resolve the problem. And PLEASE no **bleep**!!!

Same here on both my desktop and my laptop. Pages churn and churn. That plus repeatedly have to sign in.

From what I have been able determine, the problem is occurring during the TLS handshake that takes place in order to load a secure page. If this were a problem with other websites, I would suspect my browser settings or something else on my end, but I only have this issue with some Ebay pages. Unfortunately, these are pages like, postage, messages, seller hub, and order management. Right now I have a message from a buyer, but I can not answer because the reply page will not load. I also just purchased a shipping label,  but I can't print it because the label page will not load. I go to the shipping label page and click "reprint" and, you guessed it, it will not load. It is becoming almost impossible to conduct a normal business.

Anyone else having these kinds of issues?

These issues have been going on for weeks now, and are just as bad on weekdays.

This is one of the reasons I stopped buying here (i.e. many technical issues).  I'm sure it's worse on the Seller side, as there are many more processes and time-sensitive responses required.

You can tag one of the Community Boards staff by posting and including their user ID (type @ and then their ID in your message).  You can find them at "About" in the upper right corner.  They don't work on the weekends.

Surprising for such a large company with 24/7 ecommerce activity, that there isn't 24/7 support across the platform.  When something goes wrong and impacts thousands of Sellers, Buyers and transactions, you would think eBay would want to be on top of it quickly, to minimize the negative experience and potential negative financial impact for all.  Just a thought .....

I am having the same problem. This seems to be ongoing for the last couple of weeks. I don't think they care. I tried calling eBay support, but got a representative in another country. They didn't really understand what I was trying to explain to them. They said that I should check my computer. There is nothing wrong with my computer. I have tried different browsers, clearing history, cache, cookies, you name it. I give up.

Yes, I have been going through this for several weeks now and I am sick and tired of it all. No one seems to be able to do anything about it. I have tried several browsers and they all end the same way with pages not being able to load up. Yesterday I managed to list three or four items through Bing and then that quit working. Today I listed a couple of items on Edge and then that quit working with the pages not being able to load. Is there anyone at eBay who can get this problem fixed? I asked for help on this forum a week ago and still nothing has been done. Six calls to eBay to report this has not done anything also.

I've watched as IT departments have literally taken over companies when so much depends on the computer systems.  eBay is no different and I am sure their IT group keeps a tight reign on glitches and their fixes ... job security.

This has been going on for weeks and is getting worse. Yesterday I tried to buy some spice jars. Sale went through all the way through untill I tried to pay with Paypal, timed out with "unsecure connection."  Today, I have a buyer telling me they cannot pay me because Ebay "unsecure page error" She sends me her credit card number and tells me to charge her.  My sales are according to Ebay down by 47% this month, and since this problem has been ongoing since the middle of June, it is no wonder. By the way, I had to call Ebay and get a representative to help me get a message back to the buyer to tell I could not charge her credit card and was having the same problem.  I have cleared my history, my cache, my cookies. I have ran both Microsoft and Norton deep virus scans and they both found nothing. Also I do not have this problem with any other site, but I do have it no matter if I use explorer or foxfire the page will time out.   Also when I look at source code, I see http string in first line. I also saw huge codes for ads from several big companies including Disney, and Java script code. I have been saving the page codes in PDF files.  Why is Ebay allowing this. Thousands are complaining. Buyers have walked away in disgust. This in no way to run a business.

And I have no problems with any eBay pages loading. Go figure. Which makes it not a universal problem.

(using old, obsolete Win XP and 8, 5, and 1 year old Firefox browsers.)
