Search function with price sorting has become almost irrelevant.
The main reason is that most of sellers tends to put different kind of items in one listing. It seems that the only aim for that is search results manipulation.
For example - search for "bluetooth speaker" sorted by price. First 200 results are same, with price 0.73-8.35 USD. Where 8.35 USD is speaker itself and 0.73 junk headphones, wired.
It makes almost impossible to use search function of the site.
There is one more thing about the issue - almost similar items in one listing with drop down menus inside.
For example - search for "iPad air 32 Gb" sorted by price, "manufacturer refubrished". Half of results have price range and drop down model selection inside - "product", "model", "carrier", "color". And it turns over that cheapest price is for iPad 1 16 Gb model.
I tried to "report" those items, but it can not stop the flood as the practice has become common.
I suggest if in listing select menus is permitted only "color" and "size" fields (memory size for digital devices), it would solve the problem.
