Down below are the two underline items showing on the metric meter they are not delivered. Which is incorrect and I was told I can not remove them. Not only did the customers leave a great review but I also provided underneath showing the items delivered. My question is, how are we being penalized with more fees when ebay is not properly running scrip in the metric meter? Paying customer that use the platform should not be the ones paying for ebays mistakes. I doubt I will get an answer but prof is in the pudding. I want to make sure other paying customers see that it is not necessarily them but it is ebay. We do not work for ebay but instead we are paying customers. No worries, I will continuew to build my website in the mean time. x) P.S. Down below is another review from another customer just incase ebay thinks im not worth the item.

Still no answer . Why do I have two items marked as not delvered in the metric metere when I have provided more than enough imfomation showing they where delivered ? let me guess technical difficulties.

Because, in a nut shell, it does not matter if they were actually delivered. eBay does not care, it only matters that the customer opened an item not received case. Does not matter if it is closed or already delivered before they opened it, does not matter if it was accidental. They consider it an unhappy customer and it counts against you. Same with returns. If a customer opens a return as defective and you trouble shoot and help them and they close the return, it still counts against you as a defect and counts in the percentage rates.
If you argue with eBay, they will simply tell you that they give you enough cushion that a few mistaken opened ones, should not overall hurt you and they do not have a way to de-score them from your account, so they will always be there until they roll off.
