The buyer paid for shipping USPS Ground Advantage. I repurchased the the label on my end to print it out. The clerk at the post office cannot scan the barcode or the QR code and said the label is invalid. She told me to take it up wit eBay this is their issue not theirs.
If the QR code cannot be scanned, you can try using the printable label instead. Do you have access to a printer, a friend/family with printer, local library or Staples?
