Invalid Photo error :(

Ok. So I have a lot of things to sell and I've never had an issue in the past. I've sold hundreds of things. Today when I tried to upload my photo to sell something I get "invalid photo." So I googled around and made sure the photo is the correct size. It's 2448x3264 and is in Jpeg format. Still get invalid photo error. I have spent about 2 hours on this and I'm really frustrated. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you! 

Oh also, I've tried to use 3-4 different photos, all correct size, and get the same message.

I would start all over........close browser, reopen the listing page, clear the camera and then take a couple of shots again.........to see if you get the same error...

Looking at the photo help page, it does say max size 7 MB........your sizes are pretty big, but don't know how many MB that would be.......

I've uploaded some 1200 dpi scans without problem - never knew about the 7 MB limit.  

The servers get confused and sometimes the only resolution is to close the browser and clear the cache. 

From time to time I have to find something else to do, the system is not functioning.   Usually this happens when I am under the most pressure.

I'm not sure what happened, but I tried the next day and it worked. At that point though I gave up and used my ipad instead lol.
