I have many saved searches, and each morning I receive notice of new listings via email. Some of them may have hundreds of new items. The problem is that when I view the search results, many of the items' images are missing. (See attached screenshot.) In some cases literally *dozens* of items are missing their images.
I've been reporting this to ebay for nearly two years, and they do nothing. Technical support suggested something was wrong with my WiFi, but my WiFi is FINE. I work from home, and because I often have to send huge, work files over the internet, I pay for super-fast internet, and it works extremely well. Furthermore, I've forwarded email messages with ebay search results to friends, 15 miles away, and had them view the listings—and they saw the same thing: Missing images.
I've contacted ebay so many times about this, and they do NOTHING. ebay, what is wrong with you?!?
