But what are you going to DO about it?
I've not been able to see my Purchase History for over 48 hours. I have called ebay customer support five times (hours) with no resolution. The last person I spoke with, Juan, was a supposed supervisor who put me on hold and then disconnected the call. I waited for a return call that never came. He didn't care that he hung up on me - by accident or intentionally. There was nothing preventing him from calling me back - he had my phone number, it's in my profile. He didn't feel like dealing with the problem, so he dumped it. I'm not wasting anymore time trying to get 'customer support' to fix this. I'll just stop using it. As a buyer, I get much better treatment at Walmart.
Not being able to access my Summary page is inconvenient. Not being able to see my Purchase History is completely unreasonable. Ebay makes money coming and going from it's customers ... one would think they'd care just a bit more. And, why isn't there someone from ebay monitoring these threads and escalating the functionality problems?
I bet the shareholders know.

eBay does not currently have a public phone number for customer support.
You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

And, yeah, your workaround worked ... I'll change all my bookmarks. Does this somehow absolve ebay's non-technical tech staff from fixing what's broke? 'cause that's what this thread's about.

I have been having the same problems. No summary page, and no purchase history. Other items are askew as well. No resolution from ebay. I am not a tech expert. I shouldnt have to do work arounds just to make things usable. I did nothing to cause this problem, but yet I am suffering the effects. I dont have hours to mess around in chats and on the phone to fix a problem I didnt create. Ebay is just sad.... Dont worry though AI will fix everything.....

The fact that they haven't updated the 'Current and resolved technical issues' thread since 10/7 speaks volumes about how much they care.

So many problems, my worst weekend in a few years. Numbers dropped drastically with issues jumping up drastically.
