Assuming two users are trying to purchase the same item and only one of them can get it, how should the system work differently than it currently does?
This isn't a Brick & Mortar store. Putting an item in your cart doesn't "physically" stop anyone else from taking it. It's not yours until you have paid for it. First come first served
