Home page vanishes when trying list an item

I've tried multiple times to complete a listing. Every so often it gets completed, but more often, the listing vanishes and most of the content is not saved in the drafts portion. Once you try to do anyting, the "we've looked everywhere page" pops up.  You don't know of the flaw until after you load the pictures and complete the description. Then, everyting must be reloaded.

This has been happening to 100s if not 1000s of eBay sellers for several weeks now, so far eBay has yet to officially addressed or even acknowledged our concerns.  Other than trying to list with the stripped down mobile phone app, none of the suggestions work for most people.  eBay does come up again in about 10 minutes, so I suggest you complete a listed page, have another eBay page open before you hit the "list" button, likely the other eBay Page will then go to "We Looked Everywhere" but if you refresh it every 2 - 3 minutes, once it works again, go ahead back to your listing page and hit the List button.

I just opened eBay and the "My Garage" is displayed. No recent searches or relevant information but rather... My Garage. I went to open Amazon and as expected... all sorts of relevant information, deals, and recently viewed items. Is eBay trying to lose business? I am thinking so.
