ISSUE with insertion fees for changing price . PLEASE FIX

Has anyone else tried updating a different price on their listings and it charging .20 cents for insertion? I have a store and get 250 listings free a month.  I did not pass this yet, and if I change a price it charges me .20 cents just for entering a lower price!! Please fix

This is a temp glitch only. If you will look at your detailed account charges for the time in question, you will find that eBay did not, in fact, charge you.

I’m having this issue right now & eBay gives me the run around. I have a basic store & have over 100 items left to list of my 500. It’s now charging me an insertion fee on every item. Now I’m stick with archived items that need listed. Really **bleep**! Anyone else having this problem? HELP!

Exuse me but how would you know if "IT IS A TEMPORARY GLITCH"? and How would you know "NO CHARGE IS ON THE OP'S ACCOUNT"?. The same thing happened to me a few hrs ago, where I dropped a listing using sell similar that was in 2 categories and listed it in a single category with no listing fee charge. then 20 minutes later the CHARGE is showing on my STORE ACCOUNT and the item has reverted back to being in 2 categories. Please fill me in on how you ARE IN THE KNOW?

You are comparing apples to oranges. The original issue here was a temporay glitch in March, when some members tried to update active listings.

Have you tried contacting eBay about your issue? Posted on the Member to Member board?
