Using internet explorer on this computer, co-worker on firefox and everything looks fine, but for me, let's party like it's 1999, because the eBay landing page seems to be:

This issue has NOTHING to do with the service providers, geographical regions (Im in Seattle & know people in NY who have same issue) or browsers,etc..Its Ebay and this issue should have been fixed a month ago and would have if you guys had anyone there who knew what they were doing.Ive never seen a major company in my life that needs a managment and tech overhaul as bad as Ebay.

Yep, pages don't render all the way. Lots of text. Impossible to read. I used to get this back in 2012 when I was still on dial-up but now I'm on DSL. Using Firefox, but neither does Edge like it. Guess there's just a lot of after-Xmas vulture traffic and eBay can't handle it.

Also the site isn't secure. Normally its in tps format but instead i just get a notification of an unsecure connection They're probably being hacked

Yes Text only on all ebay sites, Shipping and Fee calculator. Any and all sites run by Ebay

Same with me. It has been hit and miss for several days. Starting to wonder about the value vs. the fees. I just returned to Ebay after several years hiatus. Selling limits and massive fees seem to be insane. Now that I can't even navigate the site it has been a very disappointing return.

I have the same issue. I am on PC, Win 10 using Mozilla Firefox browser and unable to bulk relist more than 20+ auctions. Much less 2. So I am forced to individually relist them. Besides that, sometimes throughout the day I am unable to view my Sent messages. The page becomes stretched out, unable to click anywhere and I am forced to X the page. Reload doesn't work either. This bug or glitch has been plaguing my account since X-mas 2016.
Like I read in many other threads. Sometimes my main page looks like old format from 1999. Its so bad, I have to log out and log back in several hours later to see if its back to normal again. When I log back in, I click the sell button up top, the dreaded thing stretches out my page and I am unable to create a new listing. Reload doesn't work, so I X the page.
When I search my own listing in the search engine or anything random. The page format is acting strange. Doesn't look normal, sorry hard to explain but it prevents me from using the drop down section to select: best match, new listings, ending soon, etc.
Lastly, my announcements down at the bottom hasn't update since 10/24/2016.

I'm using firefox and having the same issue. Sometimes the home page and search pages show up fine, but I can't seem to get a single product page to load correctly. It's a complete mess and I can't really use the website at all as it is. I hope they fix it.

I am also getting this all text web page. When I try an view someones profile, it gives me the option to change their profile picture and a few other settings I probably shouldnt be able to see...
I've tried doing the normal troubleshooting - reboot pc, clear cookies, cache, history, different web browser, different computer, and even a completly different network - but it will still happen randomly.

CA Ebay Buyer - Workaround at Bottom!
There is something seriously wrong with the Ebay site that has been going on for the past two or more weeks. Initially. I thought it must be my computer and tried all the normal things like clearing the cache and cookies, re-booting and trying different Internet browsers but that had no affect on resolving the problem.
Ebay pages as of late will work, if I am lucky for about 20 or 30 minutes or as little as 2 or 3 minutes at a time, then without warning every new page or refreshed current Ebay page goes haywire. New and refreshed Ebay pages will load some picture thumbnails but completely out of their normal order and scattered to places they are not supposed to be, many pages of sporadic text along with misaligned and improperly sized text, some links work but most will not.
I can not purchase anything on Ebay when the pages miss-load or email anybody, view pages, look at items I won or anything else that needs to function properly in order to find and buy products on Ebay. It's extremely frustrating. I have been unable to bid on items I was intending on buying because I was unable to get the page to load so I could click the buy it now button. I have spent hours more than I do normally on Ebay just trying to get the pages to load correctly. One needs an incredible amount of patience in order to search and buy anything because of this constant intermittent issue.
I use Firefox to browse the Internet but have also tried using Internet Explorer and Palemoon. I find that when Ebay pages in refreshed opened tabs or new Ebay tabs miss load in Firefox I can not get them to correct by refreshing or re-booting either the computer or Firefox. Using any of the other Internet browsers I have tried I also experience the same problem. The only way to get the Ebay pages to load properly once they are acting up is to wait and give it time. I find that if I wait 5 or minutes and then re-fresh the page they load correctly, until it happens again! It's a vicious cycle which has not stopped happening for me.
Like others have said, there is nothing about it mentioned when I did a Google search so up until now I thought it was my computer. I'm so glad now to have found this site and know that this is an Ebay issue rather than my computer. I hope Ebay will correct this soon.
I have discovered a work around that is important to helping Ebay diagnose what is causing this to happen. My workaround is as follows. As explained above using one computer (desktop) viewing Ebay pages that go Haywire will remain that way no matter what I do other than waiting at least 5 minutes for the pages to correct themselves. However I have found that while the Ebay pages are haywire on one computer I am able to view the same Ebay pages properly at the same relative point in time as long as I use an alternate computer do so.
I am not computer technician but the clues learned through my experience says to me that whatever is going on to cause this situation may have something to do with the way Ebay allocates the amount of information that is sent out. It's almost like your allowed to go 85 MPH but as soon as you go past that through opening, closing, viewing and searching Ebay windows etc. you come to an abrupt halt. Give it some time and then you can start over again. This would explain why trying a different computer that has not been on Ebay will work.

yes same issue here, the CSS stylesheet is not being applied so everything is jumbled mess of text with no formatting. Such an easy thing to fix, I wonder why they don't read this page.

Me again today.
The only reason I am even here on this discussion board is that I have nothing better to do since eBay is out of commision so much these days.
Strange that this discussion board is never down as every single other eBay page goes down from time to time for indefinite amounts of time.
Come on, EBay!
1. Acknowledge the problem.
2. Fix it.
3. Make more money

You can't blame Wi-Fi or the internet.
The only place eBay can LIVE is on Wi-Fi and the internet.
SO, YOU have to correct your software so that it works properly on.... you guessed it, Wi-Fi and the Internet.
