Hey @rocknrolos . Can you go back to that order and click "purchase another label" - you don't have to buy another label I just want you to test something on that page.
See that "edit" link next to shipping details, above the buyer's address? Click on that. See if it presents options to change dim/wt/service.
It looks to me like eBay may be testing a new non-intuitive layout?
Edit: One other thing. See on the top right "show additional shipping options"? Click on that. It should expand a panel on the right side of the page. That's where buyer's address usually is.
Let me know what happens when clicking on both of those different links.

Are you sure that you set the listing up as 'Package'? If so, they should be there...

It would help if you could let us know whether you're on the app or the web and post a screenshot of the problem so we can help you troubleshoot @rocknrolos . Make sure you black out any personal info / buyer info.

Thanks for the replies!
Yes, it happened on Safari while using a MacBook. And to be honest, it's not uncommon for me to experience other glitches in the website on Safari from time to time, as well as with Firefox on Windows. So, that's what I chalk it up to.
In retrospect, I wish I'd taken a screenshot. I was in a hurry to ship, so I paid what's likely a little extra to cover it.
But, it'll be okay.
Thank you!

That's funny because I've found Safari to be the most stable browser while Firefox or Chrome tend to experience glitches.
If it happens again I'd first suggest trying a different browser. If you can't get it to work anywhere you can always buy the label elsewhere like pirateship.com and upload tracking to eBay.
USPS (if that's what you used) has an APV system so in theory they should refund you for any overpayment after the package is scanned en route, although it's hit or miss whether or not that will actually happen. Fingers crossed for ya.

So, I had the same issue this morning while trying to print a shipping label. This time I took a screen cap for posterity.
It happened with Firefox on my PC.
And thank you @wastingtime101 for your suggestions.

Clicked "Show Additional Shipping Options"
Okay yeah!
So, clicking on "Edit" only allowed me to change the addresses.
But, by clicking on "Show Additional Shipping Options" I was finally able to edit the dimensions, weight, etc!

Thank you for confirming @rocknrolos !
Once you expand additional options, that's a sticky setting so you won't need to do it each time.
On my own view I have it expanded and one thing I noticed is there used to be a link at the top where I can "hide additional options" and that has now vanished. Sellers no longer have the ability to toggle back and forth.
Good to have the mystery solved. eBay must be making some changes to the label flow page.

You're welcome. Glad we could figure it out. 👍

I was having the same problem. The additional shipping options was the key.
Thank you!
