I tweet my listings and Twitter shows the number views but eBay says zero or one! Why?

When you look at Twitter stats, are you looking at the number of tweet views or the number that clicked the link in your tweet?

I look at  everthing..   The Engagements and The Detail expands!   Which tell how many peope clicked on the link!  Always there are numbers there of actual views!  For eBay to say there is none is dishonest!

If I'm being honest, I've never trusted the views counter to provide accurate data. The only things I can think of in your case are:
- Could be a delay in registering the data.
- Could be eBay is counting the referrals from Twitter as bot views, therefore they don't show them.
- Could be the view counter not functioning properly.

If you want to escalate this, contact eBay through DM on Twitter and send them screenshots. They'll file a tech ticket for you.
