My Australian Platform has has issues for over 1 year.

I have had issues with the Photo enhancer as 1.

The time showiung when I am scheduling items is in USA time and not in Australian Time as it used to.

Also for the last week or maybe more, I cannot see any statistics at all, and this concerns me as to whether any of my items are being promoted as I am paying for this.

I find it hopeless to even chat with anyone because of the time difference and work.  I tried this many months ago which really did not resolve anything.

I have just accepted that maybe things will get fixed in time.

Hey @bananastate5, can you confirm if you're listing from the .com.au platform or the .com platform? Viewing your listings on .com it shows your pricing is in AUD with an italicized conversion to USD in search results; I believe that means you're listing from .com.au.
