I relist @ 30 days. Is there a way to relist AND maintain the "on sale" price? W/O creating new sale

I want to relist, without having to go back into mardown manager and create a new sale to put select items on sale, for instance when I relist 50 items at once, approx 30% of those items were on sale at 25% markdown. Can I relist and maintain that sale price simultaneously?? So far I have been having to create a new sale for those select items, after relisting. Thanks
