Never Ever had any problems with bulk listings before this morning.
I have used it for years…

When I detect any sort of slow down on my computer monitor when I’m working on eBay, I log out of eBay, clear the browser cache, and restart my computer.
In virtually every case, things return to normal.

Fortunately we can, as of now, still relist things one by one. Un-fortunately we have 80 more to do by Thursday noon our time.

Fix this. I always use bulk edits. It works in seconds usually.

I have signed in and out several times and deleted all cookies, etc.
Nothing allows me to do any bulk edits.
Maybe I shall sign out now for the rest of the evening and try again tomorrow.

Signing in and out is not usually something that helps. Shutting down your device AFTER you have cleared your cookies and then way just a few seconds and start up again. That will often help.
And if it doesn't, try a different browser.
FYI, I would never go through and edit listings one by one, that is way too much work. I'd first get some answer as to why I was having problems with the bulk editor. UNLESS they were urgent changes that simply could not wait.

Exactly how + where do I find out why I am suddenly unable to bulk edit ✍️ all my items
that I do all the time and how does this new problem get fixed?
I am 100% unable to bulk edit anything whatsoever.
A little circle just goes around and around signifying nothing allowing no changes.

Sounds like you may have an internet connectivity issue. Reset or turn off your modem. See if that helps.
