I get it also - mainly because I AM switching thru searches and pages fast. For instance, ending soonest for auctions only every morning - well, 99% of what I'm looking for is usually repros all day, then the real listings start at about 6-7 pm or so. But you don't want to miss something during the day, so you glance thru the pages and keep going.
I guess ebay doesn't think that people can really search that fast, but it's easy when most of what gets shown is debris or fake junk from china and india. I've noticed it more when a couple of my bookmarks don't have US ONLY selected, and I have to select it to (try to) weed out the junk. Once I click that, usually I get the error.
If ebay programmers think anyones hands are as fast/faster than a bot, well, that's pretty poor programming.
