What happens when you try to list an item?

For me it makes 2 weeks tomorrow. Cannot list or relist. All my listings ended so I cannot do anything.

I keep asking for help and I just get answers saying I should be patient and that the technical team is working at it.

It says I've been restricted due to not following ebay guidelines very vague answer.   When I contacted ebay and asked what did I do, they said nothing it's a glitch and they're working on it

OMG that's the same answer I get and it's **bleep**!  How can they do this and they owe us money for lost revenue

And I already got repeated messages. Basically it's copy/paste messages to shut us up.

Solutions, still nothing and today I reach the 15th day with being able to list/relist items.
