I've reported this now for 6 wks. . Items sold today ( 8 / 23) should be shipped by 8 /25 , but in the seller's hub says Sept 5. Also the delivery dates are also way off by adding the extra 2 wks. My business policies: chose Ground Advantage w/ 2 day handling but my listings show "standard shipping" . I tried updating the business policies but they won't update. Also tried bulk edit, nothing updated to ground advantage. Tried updating individual listings, still nothing updated and am stuck with the 2 wk. handling time and standard shipping. Every Sunday my listing update to show a 14 day window and then that date is the same all week long.
I've had cancellations after buyers sees estimated delivery -- thay state they don't want to wait so long. I've tried explaining that I ship usually same day or 1 day and they will receive their item usually within 2 - 5 business days. I tried several times to contact cust. service and they made tickets ( this was 6 wks ago) . How can I get this fixed? Also any new listings posted 6 wks ago - today have this same problem, so ending them and reposting as new or sell siimilar doesn't help. This happens on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari and ios app. Once I purchase the labels the delivery date estimates are fine but this is awful for someone looking at listings and estimated delivery dates.

Wow!....I just notice I have the same thing on my items for sales as yours for shipping. I was currently getting sales until today.
A lot of my buyers are repeat buyers. Lucky me so far.
It's has to be an eBay mistake. First class mail got switched from 2-3 days in the USA to 3-5 days by the USPS the other day by the USPS which I read online. Something along those lines. I'm not even shipping packages. Just a standard envelope in the USA. This was switched without my notification.
It sounds like another hiccup in eBay....I can see 2 weeks International but not domestic.

It states that I requested an extended handling time when I clicked into "shipping".

My handling time is 2 days ( not 2 wks !) I checked all my shipping policies in Business policies and they are all correct but all my sales show a handling period of 2 wks. This updates every Sunday. So items sold Sun- Sat all have the SAME ship by date. We know this is wrong 🤔

This sounds like my issue. The estimated delivery times are way off on all of my listings. I offer one day handling and it's showing packages shipped with USPS Ground Advantage taking weeks to arrive to the same state that I'm in. This is on all of my listings. I've contacted them multiple times and they have not fixed it. Also, if I change my listings to Priority it just increases the estimated delivery times by 4 additional days. Something is very wrong with the shipping estimates.

Hi @sassykzt and everyone else experiencing this issue. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We've gotten this over to our shipping team to see if we can get to the bottom of what's going on. We will touch base once we have an update.

Just wanted to check real quick @sassykzt, are you still having issues, because your estimated delivery dates are looking up to date for me now?

This one was already solved elizabeth@ebay . sassykzt got a call from someone at eBay after Brian Burke escalated last week. The problem was in their shipping preferences and the way they had working days set up.
There are several different threads floating around about extended dates with different issues involved each time. See:
