The money was sent to the wrong PayPal account. The actual account was included in the settings, however, the seller's money was sent to the account that I had used before the actual one.

There are two places to set the PayPal account... in the Preferences (global setting as the default) but ALSO in each listing.
If you are using a different PayPal account, you have to remember to change it in BOTH places or the system will take whatever is in Preferences and fill in the listing with the old one by default. This will also happen if you are using Drafts, Templates, or Sell Similar to create your listings. If the template has the old address, the new one will too and you have to remember to manually change it.

After you check your settings you may want to call paypal there are a few posts in their forum about payments not being received or blocked they may have a issue and it might include your account or accounts. it would be a good idea to double check with them as well.
