On all of my calculated shipping items I list Parcel Select first, then Priority so the default shipping amount displayed is more competative in the more distant zones for heavy items. When I go to print the labels using the bulk shipping option I frequently upgrade the Parcel Select to Priority as the difference is small and usually Priority is cheaper.
I've been having the intermittent issue that after I view the confirmation pop-up that shows the selection of Priority labels I'll receive an error message saying "Unable to generate one label". The rest of the labels print but the Priority labels revert to Parcel Select.
The more serious piece of this is if package weights and sizes are updated, they also go back to the values that were on the listing and that causes a bigger issue as the postage may be incorrect.
This time I had an item that typically is 5lbs (4lbs, 2oz) in the box. This particular one was a bit light and came in at 3lbs 14oz. It was also a zone 8 shipment so the difference from Parcel Select at 5lbs to Priority at 4lbs was significant enough to matter. The weights of all the First Class Packages also reset to the estimated weight in oz on the listing (the final shipping weight varies slightly depending on what type of package I choose at shipping, small boxes are slightly heavier than padded envelopes.) These changes add up, and it's a hassle (and a cost) to have to void several labels and start over.
I've not been able to determine why the one item caused an error. I was able to use the single label print process on that item with no errors. But having one label fail should not reset the information on all the other labels.

Hi @dtexley3, if you can provide me with the items numbers from your example then I'll go ahead and send a report over to the team.

This item was the one that "an error occured creating the label" during bulk shipping 183366820435 I ended up shipping it FedEx in the end rather than USPS, but originally I was shipping in USPS Priority.
These two changed from Priority to Parcel Select and required new labels and the weights and box sizes reverted to the values on the listing: 183359820040, 183382631159
These are the other 3 items. All less than 1lb. I didn't think at the time to check to see if the weights reset, but if they did I expect the USPS APV will kick in. 183340342074, 183336157078, 183342463525.
