Does your seller ship to Italy? If not, the seller may be blocking payments from users with a primary shipping address in a location the seller does not ship to, even if you are choosing a different shipping address at checkout.
I am using a mastercard, wich was working fine until yesterday, the seller is indeed shipping to italy. I can use the card to buy on other sites, i don't know what is going on.
I have had buyers for months say they cannot check out, it seems to be an ongoing issue that ebay, I guess, cannot repair. I have lost a lot of sales due to checkout and offer issues.
