I was working on my sales for the day last night and in the middle of getting everything shipped I had to sign back into my ebay account, but it would not let me. It was kind of strange when I put in my password the enter button on my keyboard and would not work so I clicked on the Sign in button and it did nothing but change to a darker color. Anyone else having this trouble?

I can't say yes, but I will say this:
As an ex-information security professional.... don't use Internet Explorer.... Don't use it since 2011.
The most secure browser these days is allegedly Firefox... However, its features are slightly outdated IMHO.

There have been alot of sporadic problems with IE since Jan.....really best to switch to a more up to date browser...... it may or may not work again.......but it's definitely on its last legs.

eBay sign in problems made me switch to Firefox on one computer and Chrome on the other - Internet Explorer stopped working for eBay for me many months ago.

I kicked IE to the curb in 2002 lol
Firefox and Opera is what I use.

I was using IE 11 on an old XP box (used exclusively for eBay work) when some eBay features quit working. I switched to using Google Chrome as the browser, the problems went away, and as a bonus, Chrome ran slightly faster on that old machine than IE 11 ever did.

Same problem.
Need to change some of my personally information.
As a safety precaution...ebay makes you sign in again, but won't let me.
LOTS of problems, been reporting them, and NONE OF THEM has been FIXED!

Understood, and if those problems involve IE 11, you should assume that eBay will never fix them, so address the problem at your end. First thing to do is to choose another browser that works better than IE 11, which is to say, practically any of them these days. Even Microsoft is recommending their Edge browser over IE 11.

Don't use IE, nothing to FIX on my end. EBAY needs to get their act together!
I PAY to use their service and it NOT working at LOT of the time!

Microsoft is ending support for Internet Explorer and issues will star to appear and most likely will not be fixed. You really need to start using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Also if your computer did not already co me with Microsoft Edge the OS is going to be dropped from support and updates for security issues will not be done. Really you will want to start looking into a newer OS or perhaps buy a newer computer.

I cannot sign in either using IE11. It just started giving me problems in the middle of adjustments I was making today

I use Firefox, which I also consider to be a VERY safe browser, and I update regularly.
I can sign in to eBay initially just fine. However, I need to change some of my personal info. Once there, you have to sign in again for extra security purposes. Well...I CAN'T and its been a week.

@Anonymous
Try signing in using this link:
https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
eBay may still try to force you to sign in using one of the new sign in pages, though. You can try deleting everything in the sign in URL after the ".dll" but there is no guarantee that will satisfy eBay.
Make sure your browser is javascript capable and you have not actually disabled javascript somehow with No Script or some other extension. Even if you have explicitly whitelisted ebay.com, eBay may be using a third-party site to run a script as an anti-bot measure -- try disabling No Script completely or using a private window.
Check your browser(s) here:
https://www.whatismybrowser.com/detect/is-javascript-enabled
You might also be able to sign in to your account at another site such as ebay.ca and change your personal information that way.
