I am not a bot, I need to verify I am a human everytime I want to look at an eBay help page

This has been going on for months. Every time I go to look at an eBay policy or read a help page I get prompted to prove I am a human. It really is ridiculous!

Has reading the manual become obsolete or something?

If you are encountering repeated verification requests, that might be a sign of a problem with your browser or your network setup.

Erasing eBay cookies may result in additional verification requests the next time you go to eBay.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. A blocked or corrupt eBay cookie might be a problem if it happens with a specific account. If it happens with multiple accounts a browser or network setting might be causing problems.

Are you using a VPN or a hotspot, or privacy software such as Ghostery or Disconnect?

Thank you again. I will clean out all history, cookies, etc. and see if that helps.

I do run a pihole but have ebay whitelisted. I have had the pihole for years so I am hoping it is just a browser cache type issue.

If the problem goes away when you bypass the pihole, that might be an indication. But perhaps you can modify the pihole whitelist settings to avoid needing verification for those help pages, if you can figure out what is different about those pages.
