$0 Shipping showing when it's not free shipping

I've had confused customers and now I see why... results show $0 Shipping.

It should show their shipping cost, and maybe also show "Local Pickup", but not "$0 Shipping".  This may be a bug or bad design:

Please correct.  This is very misleading and wastes everyone's time.

Check the order of your shipping methods in Business Policies, and the items shipping policy. I believe local pick up needs to be the bottom method. Unless this is a new glitch I have noticed that ebay shows the top method to buyers until they dig further or go to check out.

Local shipping is at the bottom.  I'm pretty sure it won't allow me to save the shipping policy with it anywhere but at the bottom.

Good shot though, @smart_home_buyer !  I wish that was the fix.
