Hundreds of Items Re-listed by ebay 8/12/18 in my store and no answers yet why it happened

Still waiting on answers why over 300 items were relisted by eBay on 8/12

No one has access to my account or pc.  Some items I have not carried for close to a year and some items listed were drafts that were incomplete and no photos attached to the listings.

So my 250 listings for my store went to hell that I am waiting for them to get corrected not to mention 0.25 cents a pop for just over 300 ghost listings so you do the math. I was told they would get back with me in 24-48 hrs and 72 hrs later I am still waiting for answers after calling them and still not credited for the screw up.

When you create your listings, do you do them directly on eBay, do you use a Web-based Internat service, or do you use a third-party application on your local computer?

 directly on eBay only, Been credited for listings but not the remainder of listings that come with store but credited for them off fees from what I was told today. It happens again I will be taking screen shots.
