Apparently eBay changed the way we get help but it got worst !! the automated system keep asking the same questions over and over again and I just can't get pass. I'm waiting for eBay to help me with a problem that I had and is almost 20 days since and no follow up from eBay.
ITS CRAZY HOW MUCH EBAY CHARGE IN FEES MAKING A FORTUNE AND CANT EVEN PROVIDE ANY KIND OF SUPPORT ANY HELP ILL APPRECIATE IT. I'm speechless with the service they provide!!

eBay disabled CS phone service for cold calls in early 2020. Some inquiries on the help pages will present a call option and an access code.
Most issues can be solved without CS intervention and there is a wealth of experience on this forum if you want to post your questions here.
If you prefer to contact CS you can go through the help pages or use the chat option on the left side of this page:

You may have to go through several prompts to access a live agent.

As far as I can tell, you've posted several messages about a problem. How about returning and giving details so we can offer help and/or advice. If the problem is almost 20 days old, you're getting to the place where several doors are about to close on your getting help.

You have started numerous posts on what appears to be the same topic. I suggest viewing those other posts for advice as you're not going to get anywhere with eBay customer service on a purchase not covered by the Money Back Guarantee.

Sorry, but you only had 30 days to get any help from Ebay.
Even if you contacted CS, there's nothing they will do.
