There is a bug with text input field in Requests. It results in re-positioning text input cursor whenever you go to a new line, being in the middle of the text. I have already seen same kind of bug on other websites, too, so I think it may be in the framework used.
Environment: Web version, latest Mozilla Firefox, Windows 10, 100% scale, portrait 1080*1920
Reproduce steps:
1. I clicked "I did not receive the item", and started typing details into the form.
2. Here is the exact text:
"There were no updates of tracking since December, 99. The track is not registered in the state Serbian post, only in this XX express system, so I can't confirm anything on my side. I did not receive any messages about the customs, too."
3. Then I tried to insert "or emails" after "messages" by typing
Result: the moment the cursor gets on the next line, it is re-positioned to the end of the text.
Resulting text was this:
"There were no updates of tracking since December, 99. The track is not registered in the state Serbian post, only in this XX express system, so I can't confirm anything on my side. I did not receive any messages or eabout the customs, too.mails"
Expected result: the cursor does not reposition to the end of the text on its own.
