It appears as if all of the previous telephone numbers are now automated and refer you back to the website, and there is no way of actually speaking to a person about an issue. Can somebody shine light us to how to actually now speak to an actual person from eBay Customer ServiceAs something seems to have changed from last week. Many thanks

If the shipping label was scanned at the PO, it's used and they don't issue refunds on used shipping labels.

You are in the UK.......asking on the US board.........so we won't have a phone # for Ebay in the UK.........
Go to the bottom of this page and click on UK in the Ebay Sites box and then click on ebay community to get to the selling board in the UK..........
