How to block countries?

I block Brazil and other countries but people from those countries are still purchasing my products? How do I get ebay to fix this problem and block those countries that i have checked off? Irritating as I have 0%  success rate getting my packages to certain countries and want them blocked!  Tired of losing money and my product.

@phonographneedles

I see only 2 of your current listings (and 3 sold) that show a shipping option to Brazil, and that is via the eIS program where once the item reaches the "hub" the seller is basically off the hook for whatever happens. eBay takes over.

If a buyer uses a Freight Forwarder to make a purchase, as shipping is to a USA location, the county is not blocked.

How to block countries?

So the seller gets the entire amount back for shipping and the cost of the item, into their account even though the buyer got their money back from ebay?

Your question does not provide enough details for a "cover everything" reply to be made.

but.

If you are asking about eBay International Shipping (eIS) the general answer would be yes. eBay for most situations would allow the seller to keep the payment, and eBay would cover any fallout from a buyer complaint including the $$ refund to the buyer.

The program (eIS) is leaps and bounds beyond the old GSP.
