ABOUT ME page info disappeared

The info in my about me page has disappeared. I don't know when it happened or if it's a temporary glitch. smh

I've seen posts both yesterday and today about this, but no one has worked it out yet. Hang in there...

Yeh. different day, another glitch. I put info in again, clicked save and it still doesn't show. 

Another great way to hurt sellers. 

ebay makes a big deal about having something on your about me page but now no one can see it? 

I am so glad I am almost finished with this online stuff. 

After 2025, it will be few and far between, if at all.

Click the ? icon on the bottom right of the page to file a tech report. The more people reporting, the higher it goes up eBay's fix list.

Are you expecting instant results? That's not how it works.

If eBay has X items to fix as high priority, this item won't reach high priority status with only a handful of people reporting. The more people reporting, the higher it goes up the fix list. This is why everybody needs to take the whopping 10-30 seconds to click the ? and file a tech report when something like this happens.

I have a Buy 2, Get 1 Free sale going and you'd NEVER know it.  I clicked on this thread and then, out of curiousity, checked one of my listings.  I have a link to my About Me page at the bottom of every listing and when clicked on....buyers should be getting a brief tutorial on how to search my store in titles and descriptions.  And when clicked....it's all gone.  Leave it up to eBay to screw up everything. 

I wonder how long this has been going on.  Not happy.

Since Thursday for some. This posting ID of mine still had info Thursday and Friday but it's blanked out right now which probably happened either late Fri or Sat.

After clicking around it seems the About page was affected and eBay also changed some links on the feedback page. If I had to guess I'd say some changes had unintended consequences and they will probably fix it this week.

Does anyone know if this has been resolved or a temporary workaround?  My information is still not visible on Sunday 3/30/25 even when the same info and image is resaved.

it was issue few weeks ago, for me, since it has fixed, but could still be issue for some. In any case, wanted to say if you edit it, make sure to copy what you have first on word doc or something because one slip clicking the AI description and all you had will be gone replaced with their AI description.

Customer's Profile photo and About info is disappeared from Profile page

The above issue still not working for my account.  Todate, Photo and About info still will not save.

My account is a Non-store account.  Perchance, this is the reason why this function is no longer available for non-store accounts and only works for store accounts-members.

The above issue has been solved on my non-store account.  

The photo and "About info" has been restored. 

My assumption that "the function is no longer available for non-store accounts and only works for store accounts-members"  was wrong.  

Please accept my sincere thanks to all in the Team for making it happen.
