How do we circumvent Managed Payments?

I'm not surprised that a big tech company is ran by greedy technocrats with no regard for their customers. However, given sellers' overwhelming response to managed payments, I'm wondering if there's some way to reroute payments directly back into your PayPal? I get that they don't care about our wait time, and that they just want to pump up their stock shares before everyone flees, but if there is some way to side-step the other inconveniences associated with their **bleep** mandate, I'm very interested. PS, managed payment sucks - if it were a person I'd wish they die in a house fire.

How do we circumvent Managed Payments?

By not selling on here

Ebay is using Ayden/Payoneer for managed payments and with some of the advantages, I do not think they will ever use paypal again

I am not an eBay employee but I sure feel like one sometimes

You don't circumvent Managed Payments. You either sign up for Managed Payments or you stop selling on eBay.

eBay has switched payment processors. Just like every other company, eBay can select the payment processor that meets their needs. The decision is theirs...just as the decision is yours to select a marketplace site(s) to sell on that fits your needs. Be aware however that almost all of them have the same or a similar payment processor to eBay's new one.

You always have been and still are free to transfer money to your PayPal account from your bank account any time you wish.

I don't have any problem with the wait time. I didn't transfer the payment from every sale from PayPal to my bank as soon as it came in...I transferred funds about once a week. And so I do the same with MP. My payments are released each week on Tuesday and they are in my bank account on Wednesday morning. (Your bank may have a longer processing time but that's your bank...not eBay.)

As of last June, more than 85% of all transactions on eBay.com were being processed by managed payments. That indicates that the overwhelming response of eBay sellers at this point, is acceptance.

Not directly, no.
