Ebay's server says I logged in with a new computer. But still using the same one. How can I contact tech support?

Did you also log into the app? I think that generates the same "a new device" message... for what that's worth.

If you are routinely erasing your browser cookies, or changing your network address, you can expect to receive such messages when you sign in again.
Do the browser, location and time correspond to your own sign-in activity? If so, you can ignore the message.
Keep in mind that the location may not be precise; it may correspond to the location of the network rather than your actual location. Browser information may not always be available.
If you do not recognize the location, time or browser, and you suspect that someone else may have gained access to your account, you may want to change your eBay password.

By time and location, it's me.
Thank you.

mtgraves,
My understanding is that I log-in each time. I log in to an account on a PC.
Maybe incorrectly I don't believe I'm using an app.
Thank you.

@vec,
By time and place, it's me.
I allow essential cookies only. Every few weeks I clear cookies. But cookies hadn't been cleared for a week.
Something curious. This sign in there were no problems.
Thank you.

Sometimes I'll get that message if my Internet messes up and gets rerouted.
