Homepage never loads

For the last week or two, I cannot access the eBay homepage, but if I get to another page within eBay via Google or an email link, etc. the site functions normally.

The homepage (https://www.ebay.com/) never stops loading, never resolves, only returns a blank white screen.

Same issue here, but I've noticed it's directly related to being logged in or not. Try another browser that doesn't have your log in saved and it should load without an issue. I was hoping to find a fix for this but am only finding others with the same problem.

Are you able to reach the main eBay page using a different browser? If so, try clearing your cache and possibly deleting eBay cookies in the original browser.

If that does not help, there may be an ad or a page element that is not loading correctly or otherwise causing a problem for you. In that case, bookmark a different eBay page such as your Summary or Watch List and use that bookmark to reach eBay.
