One again the ebay invoicing system / seller hub doesn't work.
First issues: buyers are paying invoices which I can see happening in the payments overview but they remain indicated as unpaid on ebay.
Second issue: it's not possible to indicate items shipped. Tracking numbers are added but the orders remain 'awaiting shipment'. Manually indicating as shipped doesn't help either, orders remain in the 'awaiting shipment' lists even though they show shipped when you click through.
And for over a year now, if a buyer buys more than 40 items you can invoice the first 40 items but it is no longer possible to make a seperate invoice for the remainder. It used to be possible in the past, so must I conclude that you don't want buyers to buy more than 40 items but you rather have them spend their money on platforms where they can?
Archiving doesn't work properly, downloading reports doesn't work, invoicing and payment issues, all great for instilling a users confidence in ebay ... the more frills ebay adds as so called innovations, the dumber and accident prone the system gets. You may call incompetence a glitch but after a while it's really no longer believable.
